Genesis 1:27-28 KJV
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. [28] And God blessed them , and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth
The problem of man about the headship of his wife and family will be greatly reduced, the moment the interpretation of these two verses above are revealed to the man.
The class has a monitor/prefect, not by age or size sometimes, but by mere appointment by the class teacher.
Our nation Nigeria has ministers who are appointed by Mr. President, not based on their age or superiority but according to the president's discretion.
From The scripture above, the spirits of man and woman were created the same day. That means we are equal.
God in His wisdom chose man to take the headship position, not by merit but by what pleased the creator to do.
Let's see the position as a privilege than a right so our wives can be respected and honoured.
The men are The head but it does not make them superior to the women, but an overseer that reports back to God in an orderly manner.

Yes. He man being the head does not make him a super being but a representative of God.
ReplyDeleteThat is why the bible admonishes he women to respect their husbands as they do to Christ. This is Becuase the man represents Jesus in Dr life of the wife.
