MENTORSHIP Part 2.

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
1 Corinthians 11:1 KJV
Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
The mentor sees ahead of his mentee (his follower or disciple), notices when they are pulling out of the way and tries as much as possible to realign them in the right track.
He understands that his complete success is in the success of his followers.
What direction are you giving to your followers, ( that is if you have one)?
Some mentors give direction to their mentees that is too narrow for them to go through. If the way will be too tight and hard for you, why would you recommend it or show it to someone else?
People are looking up to you in your environment , office, neighbourhood, etc.
Please don't disappoint them.
